Transition Timeline

The Perchwell implementation includes a staggered parallel period to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Members will gain access to the Perchwell system in three groups: Group 1 will begin onboarding April 27th, followed by Group 2 on May 18th, and Group 3 on June 1st.

Why did Baldwin REALTORS® choose Perchwell?

Baldwin REALTORS® leadership chose Perchwell for its intuitive platform, robust datasets, dynamic reporting, and ease of collaboration with clients. Perchwell’s platform and tools keep our members the local experts and are what our members need to meet the needs of today’s clients.

Will Paragon be available during the conversion?

Paragon will be available in its full capacity until the conversion date in August. During the parallel period, Perchwell will be available in read-only mode. You will not be able to create new listings nor edit your current listings in Perchwell during this time.

Will there be a "parallel period"?

Yes. The parallel period will begin in April. During this period, Perchwell will be available in read-only mode so that you can familiarize yourself with familiar workflows and new features. You can expect trainings and resources to support the transition.

Will there be educational opportunities around this conversion?

Yes. There will be a combination of trainings and self-serve resources before the conversion. More details regarding training will be shared as we near the parallel period in April. Self-serve resources will include short videos, interactive demos, help center articles, in-app support, and more.

How will this change affect my IDX website and software?

Your IDX website and software will remain operational during the transition. We’ll share updates and provide support to ensure a smooth shift to Perchwell’s data services.

Will my integrated tools be available with Perchwell?

Yes. Most existing integrations will remain available with Perchwell, with vendor coordination in place to support a smooth transition. If any member action is required, we will provide clear guidance throughout the transition.
