Perchwell started with a simple realization. Ten years ago in New York, our founder worked with an exceptional agent who knew every building in her market but relied on outdated tools. Systems built decades earlier. Reports assembled by hand. The first sketch of Perchwell (pictured left) imagined something better: a modern foundation for the data professionals depend on every day.
Agents advise families through life-changing decisions and build their businesses over years of local knowledge. Yet too many had stopped expecting their technology to improve. So we built Perchwell alongside them. From day one, agents shaped every workflow. That collaboration still drives how we ship new features every week.
What began in New York now serves agents, brokers, and MLSs nationwide. Along the way, we learned that no two markets work the same. Los Angeles isn’t Denver. Baldwin County isn’t Manhattan. Perchwell doesn’t flatten those differences. Instead, we deliver modern technology that adapts to each market, giving real estate professionals the tools they need while honoring what makes every community unique.
