Frequently Asked Questions

How granular can roles and permissions get?

Perchwell doesn't impose rigid role tiers. We work with MLSs to define as many custom roles as your organization requires, with specific permissions at the brokerage, office, or association level.

Can admins assume the identity of other users?

Admins with the appropriate permissions can log in as any user by clicking "Login As" from the user management panel. All masquerade activity is auditable.

Can brokerages configure their own rules within our MLS framework?

Yes. Brokerages can configure listing approval workflows, branding, and templates without requiring MLS intervention. MLS-level rules (like required fields and compliance standards) remain enforced, but brokerages have flexibility to add their own internal workflows on top of that foundation.

How does AMS integration work?

Perchwell syncs with your Association Management System to pull roster data, agent status, and membership info. You can also manage rosters directly in Perchwell: add users, update profiles, assign roles, manage permissions. Changes sync back to your AMS based on your integration setup.

Does Perchwell offer data syndication?
