Stephanie differentiates herself from other REALTORS® by demonstrating a deep understanding of the market. She displays her expertise with several different reports that make up her listing presentations. The second was a recently renovated property, where the owners wanted to highlight the patios, decks, and fences they had added.

For both, she pulled the full listing report from Perchwell instead of building it in Canva. The result was a presentation that compared favorably to what she used to assemble herself, on a fraction of the time investment.

"I felt like it was good. And also, obviously, it's a lot less time-consuming. I'm having to spend a lot less time creating my own stuff."

Not only did Stephanie get two hours of her day back, but she was able to use a single platform to do market research and create compelling branded collateral. Overcoming the learning curve of a new system
